Fettuccine Toscana

Refrigerate or Freeze.

If not freezing, please refrigerate and because our sauces aren’t packed with preservatives, cook within 3 days.  Remember…Left-overs are good too!  There’s a lot of truth when you hear “Pasta is better the second time around”…even warmed up in the microwave!

If freezing, I found better results by putting the pan in a 2-gallon freezer (Ziploc) bag instead of putting the pan directly into the freezer.

Heating Instructions:

Not frozen:

Preheat oven to 375°.  Add 1/8 cup (6 tsps) of water to the pan.  Cover the pan again tightly with foil.  Place the pan in the oven and heat in TWO ten-minute intervals.  After the first ten minutes, remove from the oven and stir thoroughly.  Re-cover the pan with foil and heat for another ten minutes.  Your Fettuccine Toscana should be ready at this point but check just in case and if necessary leave in the oven a little longer until thoroughly heated

Frozen:

Remove from freezer and place in the refrigerator to thaw the day before cooking then follow instructions above.  If still a little frozen cooking time may vary.
