Baked Mostaccioli

Refrigerate or Freeze.

If not freezing, please refrigerate and because our sauces aren’t packed with preservatives, cook within 3 days.

If freezing, I found better results by putting the pan in a 2-gallon freezer (Ziploc) bag instead of putting the pan directly into the freezer.

Cooking Instructions:

Not frozen:

Option 1:  Empty contents into a large skillet/pan over medium/high heat (favor medium).  Add 1/8 cup (6 tsps) of water (add as needed) to the pan.  Stir often while heating.  When heated throughout, remove from heat, stir and serve.

Option 2:  Preheat oven to 375°.  On center rack, cover loosely with foil and bake for 40 minutes. Uncover and bake another 10 minutes or until the cheese on top is browning (lightly).  Remove from oven and let rest for 5 to 10 minutes before serving.

Frozen:

Remove from freezer and place in the refrigerator the day before cooking then follow instructions above. (If still partly frozen you may have to adjust above cooking time a little).
